The Board of Trustees has the responsibility, in consultation and collaboration with the Administration, for setting school policy, maintaining the school's financial health, monitoring the success of the school in achieving its mission and selecting the Head of School. Its ongoing challenge is to manage the present needs of the school while at the same time planning for the future and remaining faithful to the school's mission as expressed in the Goals and Criteria for Sacred Heart Schools in the United States.
